Q What kind of warranty can I expect?
A We warranty our labor for glass replacements as long as you own your vehicle.

Q How soon after my glass is replaced will I be able to use my vehicle?
A We use the safe drive away times authorized by the National Glass Association. But usually from 1-2 hours.

Q Do you use O.E. or O.E. equivalent glass/parts?
A Yes, as well as NGA approved adhesives.

Q Do you have mobile service?
A Yes we do. We mobile to Indian River, St Lucie, Martin, and Okeechobee Counties.

Q Can I bring my car to your shop and wait.
A Yes, We have a nice indoor and outdoor customer lounge.

Q Can I get a quote over the phone?
A Yes we can give any glass quote over the phone.

Q Do you do rock chip repairs?
A Yes, in the shop or mobile.

Q Do you do door repairs?
A Yes, door window motors, regulators, handles as well as other parts in the door with a FREE in shop estimate.

Q Do you do motorhome glass replacement?
A We do all glass in motorhomes, RV’s and travel trailers.

Q Do you work with any insurance companies?
A Yes we work with all insurance companies. In fact we can call them for you!

Q Is it true that my insurance company will pay for my glass replacement?
A With the proper comprehensive coverage, they will pay for your windshield replacement 100% and waive the deductible. .

Q What happens if my windshield leaks after my replacement?
A Just contact our office and we will gladly take care of it.

Q Do you do any other types of glass besides auto?
A Yes we actually do plate windows, laminated safety glass, as well as lexan and plexi glass. We also do boat windows.

Q What is steering?
A When a customer calls their insurance company to report a glass claim, the 800 claim number is transferred to a 3rd party administrator. That administrator is supposed to give the customer the option to choose a glass shop. If the administrator either denies your request for a shop or automatically sends you to the shop of their choice, that is steering. In many cases this 3rd party administrator is a large national auto glass company that represents itself as the insurance company when you call the 800 claims number. YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO CHOOSE WHOMEVER YOU WANT TO DO YOUR GLASS REPLACEMENT!!

Q Do you do old car restorations?
A No, we do not do restorations.

Q How fast can I get an appointment?
A We can order parts and have it here within hours. Same day service is no problem.
